Take up of existing industrial stock continues in South East London

Glenny has seen the continuing take-up of older stock as a result of the shortage of speculative stock coming to the market, especially where operators have a requirement for additional yard space.

Glenny has completed the letting of two units on the Hailey Road Industrial Estate in Erith on behalf of Tilfen Land. 66 Hailey Road,  a 30,899 sq. ft. warehouse situated on a 3.192 acre site, has been let to Intersped Ltd on a new 10 year lease. Glenny also sold the freehold and assigned a lease on Interspeds two previous units on the Riverside Industrial Estate in Dartford.

The adjoining 68 Hailey Road, a 32,020 sq. ft. warehouse situated on a 1.732 acre site, has been let to Aus-Trans Ltd on a new 14 year lease. Aus-trans relocated from the Greenwich Peninsula in advance of the site’s redevelopment.

41 Hailey Road, a 71,072 sq. ft. refurbished warehouse situated on a site 4.72 acre site, has received high interest and remains available, quoting £560,000 pax.
