Glenny has announced four senior promotions; Peter Ley has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Business Space Agency Division while William Mitchell progresses to Senior Surveyor in the Valuation & Lease Advisory Division. In the Asset & Property Management Division, Graham Stilwell and Chris Welch both step up to the role of Senior Surveyor. Peter Ley?s new role as a Senior Associate will see him take more responsibility for institutional industrial disposals. He will also be instrumental in expanding Glenny?s activity in the Harlow market. William Mitchell specialises in both commercial and residential valuations, as well as rent reviews and lease renewals. Since 2012 he?s been a mentor to Glenny?s growing number of graduates, supporting their structured training programme, APC submissions and preparations for final assessments. In his new role as Senior Surveyor, Chris Welch will provide a full range of asset management advice, managing all Landlord and Tenant cases, in addition to dealing with day-to-day property matters and tenant lease breaches. After beginning his career at Glenny, Graham Stilwell progresses to the role of Senior Surveyor. His main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of commercial property, as well as establishing and delivering on asset enhancement initiatives.
