Glenny’s North London and Hertfordshire office has announced the successful letting of Unit A1 Valleylink Trade Park in Enfield to national trade supplier Mercury Bearings Ltd. Refurbished in October 2016, the unit comprises of 5,900 sq. ft. and is project managed by Glenny’s Building Services Division, Dovetail. The unit has been let at a new benchmark level for the estate. Glenny acted for landlord Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust.
