Glenny LLP benefits from having our own, in-house architectural division. We have a wide range of experience across many sectors including residential, commercial, education and leisure. Our architectural portfolio includes projects ranging in scale from single dwellings to large commercial estates, and recent projects have ranged in value from £20K to £12M.

We create long term added value for our clients by combining good design with proper consideration of future building flexibility and adaptation.

Our architectural team has direct access to the knowledge of our building and quantity surveying divisions – enabling us to strike a balance between innovative design, sustainability and commercial reality. Our services include;

• Site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Sketch scheme proposals
• Preparation and submission of planning applications
• Detailed design drawings for construction and building regulations
• Management of other construction consultants
• Advice on the need for any specialist work
• Advice on statutory approvals including health & safety.
• Preparation of Costing Estimates
• Administration of the terms of the building contract
• Visiting the site to inspect the progress and quality of work
