Supply edged above 5m sq ft in the latter stages of last year and remained at these levels in the first three months of 2024. Total supply stood at 5.1m sq ft at the end of March, with grade A space representing 32% of the total. The supply of Big Box units in the SELK region has increased significantly over the past 12 months and now stands at 1.6m sq ft across nine buildings. More than 60% of Big Box supply is in new grade A units, with the largest being the 304,200 sq ft Powerhouse 300 in Dartford.
