Our View

Take up in the South East London & Kent market proved to be the most resilient amongst the Glenny sub markets in 2023, with activity falling just 10% below trend levels at 2.4m sq ft. The years activity was aided by the largest deal in the Eastern M25 market in the year, the 650,000 sq ft pre let to Tesco at Panattoni Park in Aylesford.

The first three months of this year has seen activity slow, with only 304,400 sq ft of deals completing due to a lack of larger lettings. Several medium sized transactions were completed, with the most significant transaction being the 31,215 sq ft letting to Ocura Healthcare at Ashford Road Maidstone.
