Supply increased to 2.4m sq ft at the end of Q1 2024, with grade A supply representing 30% of overall space on the market. Several Big Box units came back to the market increasing grade A availability with Sky placing the two recently completed units at Borehamwood Logistics Park onto the market having agreed to lease the units in late 2022. North London & Herts remains the tightest market in the Glenny region, with an availability rate of 3.2%, considerably below the 4.5% average for the region.
