  • Initial assessment of legal, contractual and insurance related matters, together with programme and financial analysis, to highlight any possible problems at the outset
  • Monitoring the quality of the construction and the resolution of any matters raised in the initial assessment
  • Final report ensuring on completion that the development is to standard and that all legal and financial construction matters are settled.
