Working as a pivotal member of land acquisition project teams, our recent experience includes the negotiated assembly of a site comprising more than twenty separate freehold interests to deliver a mixed use development in Stratford town centre, as well as the purchase of nine freeholds across a 5.6 hectare industrial estate in Rainham, Essex in order to bring forward comprehensive residential development.
